Inside Sales / Debt Consultant | Salary + Uncapped Commission and Bonuses

For years, we've been helping customers manage overwhelming debt from high-interest credit cards, payday loans, medical bills, and student loans. Headquartered in the Orlando area, we offer affordable debt resolution plans that are faster and more effective than most alternatives, including DIY efforts.

Position Overview:

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our sales team and assist consumers in eliminating the burden of unsecured debt.

• No cold calls
• PAID TRAINING provided for all new hires to ensure a full understanding of our systems, programs, and scripting
• Ideal candidates are personable, ambitious, goal-oriented, and motivated to earn income by helping others
• Prior phone sales experience is helpful but not required

Compensation:

• $15/hour-$17/hour base pay
• Plus uncapped commission and quarterly bonuses
• Bi-weekly pay schedule

Requirements:

• Full-time office position (Monday-Friday, no weekends)
• Must live within 30-40 minutes of Downtown Orlando
• Ability to commute to: Orlando, FL 32801 (Required)
• Previous sales experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Expected Hours: No more than 40 per week

Shift: 8-hour shift
